Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase from Puzzle and Play but if that’s not the case, then there are a few simple steps you should follow:
 
1.      Please notify us immediately via e-mail (admin@puzzleandplay.co.uk) and we will contact you as quickly as possible to see if we can resolve the problem.
 
2.      If the goods aren’t faulty, you must return them to us within seven working days after you received your despatch confirmation e-mail. Provided that the goods are in the same condition as when they were sent to you, we’ll then refund the cost of your order in full. You must pay to return the items to us.
 
3.      If the goods are faulty, we’ll refund the cost of your order in full and the costs you incur in sending the goods back to us, unless we’ve agreed to send you a replacement or substitute.
 
4.      If you’re entitled to a refund, we’ll normally refund you using the same method originally used to pay for the order. We’ll do this as soon as possible but always within 30 days of receiving your request to cancel.
